    One suggestion is...I hope you have the admin rights to remove any in appropriate comments. Please do so if there is any thing which is defamatory to Rohan builders, Other contributors including you, and if there is any marketing talk in this for other properties.

    Lets keep our house clean :)

    Hi Abinas, Happy New Year! As a matter of practice we will not comment on other projects here. We do not intend this to be a promotion space for any project including Rohan's.
    You may choose to read all that is available in the Blog (Its quiet a lot now) and also contribute your views on the project. All that is available here are contributions from owners/people who intend to buy in RJ phase 2. This should help you to make an informed decision.

    Hi i ma Kiran Dani, flat R-302. Today i visit site to see the progress of work. Surprisingly it is very slow. Flat is done only till wall punning and all electrical and plubing points in wall. No other works has even started. The overall works in all common areas are as it is when i visited 4 months back.
    I am an Architect, and has major concerns on quality of interior works, finishing, etc.
    Let us have a regular meeting amongst us, as I was desperate tie with fellow flat owners along with me.
