  1. Hi All
I want to book a flat in S block.
However, its not at all as per Vaastu.
South facing door. Bedroom and Kitchen at wrong side it seems.
Are all flats facing Airport like that ?
How can we get good Vaastu compliant availability here?
The marketing people just say tat all others are sold out.
    Please help.

    1. Neeraj,

Let me clarify, its not about the 'S' block firstly. All, the blocks like P,Q,R,S,T have two flats facing inside (say swimming pool), and two flats facing outside (the runway).

As per my naive understanding on the subject of vaastu, my viewpoints are:

      1. Many communities have various thoughts on vaastu. So lets not get into deeper details. If u ask me, there are people from TN, who feel south direction is good. There are people from KA who feel North is good. Majority of the people feel East/West is good.
      Ignore all.
You need to decide which direction you have been staying in your life comfortably. And follow your own mindset/gut feel hence.

      2. Sunlight is the biggest factor. Any kind of residence with abundance of sunlight is always healthy. You may also read facts about sunlight, etc on the web.
The idea is that the flats should have abundant sunlight to create a 'healthy' environment.
Rohan jharokha flats are brightly lit overall, but the runway facing ones are less lit in comparison to the ones facing inside.

Well, you will see that the ones inside have got sold the earliest. However, the inside flats lack the luxury of the runway view.

In case you are a serious believer of vaastu, there are various means through which you can change/manipulate/modify certain walls/finishes/additions of various objects, etc.
I might not have that extent of knowledge in this subject ;)

If you feel the south facings are not good for you, you may also wait for the next phase to get launched.
These days, many builders, apartments and flats don't follow vaastu because of space concerns, views, landscaping, etc. In these cases, people have been doing some alterations to 'set things right'. This too is one of those properties !

Let me know if I can help for any other info.

      Rgds

  2. I sincerely hope the HAL airport will not be sold in another a decade or so.

RJ Ph 2 is really blessed with ample sunlight and fresh air circulations hitting from airport stretch.

The only constraint I see is the scheduled flight operations related noise.
